Bean-bag dog bed


This bed is filled with styrofoam beads. They are a static electricity nightmare and I won't be making anything with them again. I put the pellets in a muslin cover, then made a separate outer cover that I can take off and run through the laundry without having to pour out all the beads.

I used the turquoise "wallpaper roses" fabric from Heather Bailey's Pop Garden line. (Henry is very secure in his masculinity, so he doesn't mind a pastel floral print.)

Henry has learned to enjoy using this bed, but he wasn't too keen on it at first, as you can see in the photo.














Here is Henry as the Princess from the Princess and the Pea. He's not pleased.
